The Appellants requested a stay of the order of the Engineer under the Water Act, pending a decision on the merits of the appeal. The Engineer advised the Board that he had no objections to a stay.
In the circumstances the Board found that it would be reasonable to issue a stay of the order. Therefore, the application for a stay was granted.
