Porters Dairy Ltd. filed an appeal against a decision of the Assistant Regional Water Manager refusing to grant the Appellant a licence to divert and use water from Porter Creek. By way of a consent order, the Assistant Manager’s decision was rescinded and a water licence was issued on the terms and conditions agreed to by the parties.
